Kids Chess BEGINNER Class (P3)
Minimum 2 students
Age: 6+
This class will be an introduction to the game of chess and is best for students with little to no experience with chess. Students will learn how to play and various strategies that will improve their game. Classes will typically consist of both instruction and lots of opportunities to practice!
Teacher: Lawrence Tu
Lawrence Tu has been playing chess competitively for nine years, formerly ranked as a top 3 player in the US for his age group. He has lots of experience traveling and playing in major chess events as well as practicing online. Lawrence has been teaching chess for over four years and hopes to share his love for the game with others!
