Dear CCLS Families and Friends,
CCLS offers a one-week summer camp for children 6-10 years old from Aug 19-23, 2024 at Plymouth Church of Framingham. The camp features Chinese and math classes and a wide variety of activities (arts, music, chess, gym, calligraphy, etc.). Camp time is from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Daily hot lunch will be provided.

Registration/Deposit Fee: $50.00 (non-refundable due at time of registration)
Tuition:
The tuition includes study materials, lunch and snacks. (Students who have food allergies must bring their own lunch and snacks.)
- Dates Before 4/1/2023: $495
- After 3/31/2023: $520
If two or more children from the same family register for the same session, the 2nd and (or) more child(ren) will get a $25 tuition discount.
Registration and Payment

- Payments are due at the time of registration.
- There is a $25 late fee for payments not received by the due day. If the payment is not received by the first day of the program, your child will not be allowed in the program until your account is up to date.
Fees and Refund Policies
Late Pick Up Fee:
- Time: 5:30 pm – 5:40 pm Fee: $10 per each time
- Time: 5:40 pm – 5:50 pm Fee: $25 per each time
- Time: 5:50 pm – 6:00 pm Fee: $40 per each time
- Time: 6:00 pm – 6:10 pm Fee: $80 per each time
This fee is due immediately upon arrival. Please be aware that unexpected delays create anxiety for both your child and our staff. We accept cash or checks. Please make your check payable to: Century Chinese Language School (CCLS)
Bounced Check Fee:
a $35.00 fee will be charged for each bounced check.
Refund Policy for Cancellation/Withdrawal:
- Requests for refunds must be in writing. Our Email is mgmt.team@ccls-usa.org
- Any cancellation received in writing or email two(2) weeks prior to the first day of the session reserved will result in a 100% tuition refund;
- Any cancellation received in writing or email one (1) week prior to the first day of the session reserved, a 50% tuition refund will be issued;
- Registration fee is not refundable for all cancellation.
- Once a child has begun the summer camp, no refund will be issued.
