Class description:

This class to help children develop flexibility and focus through movement and breath, introduces children to the fundamentals of yoga and mindfulness. Each session includes stretching, breathing exercises, and movement games. The goal is to help students strengthen their bodies, regulate their emotions, and build focus in a calm, supportive space.


Children will: Learn basic yoga poses to improve flexibility and balance, Practice breathing techniques to increase attention, develop body awareness and self-regulation skills

Enjoy structured movement in a non-competitive environment. No prior experience is needed. The class is beginner-friendly and open to all.

About the teacher:

Hello, I’m Eluryn. I designed this class to give kids a consistent space to move, relax, and focus on a way that supports both their physical and emotional growth. The sessions are designed to be calm, simple, and engaging. They combine yoga poses with breathing and mindfulness for all experience levels. I enjoy working with kids and look forward to creating a positive and focused environment for every student in the class.
