Beginner Chinese for Adult Learners
This class is specifically designed for students (middle school and above/adults) with little or no knowledge of Mandarin Chinese. The course will mainly use the textbook “Chinese Breeze Learn With Ease” authored by Ms. Jian Gao, along with referencing other same level textbooks. Students will learn phonetics of Mandarin Chinese, pinyin-based sound and tones, basic daily dialogues and popular Chinese culture. It’s designed to offer an engaging, motivating, exciting, and fun journey to Chinese language proficiency with rhymes and chants which will lead students on a memorable learning journey like no other. It fits anyone from middle school or high school students to adults of any age.
本班专为汉语零基础学生(初中以上/成人)而设。课本采用高健 老师编著的“Chinese Breeze Learn With Ease” (Book 1; Book 2 & Book 3). Book1 和 Book2 以教基础会话为主,话题包罗万象;Book3 介绍中国文化历史艺术等话题。本套教材特点:拼音语音、词汇、语法同步学,同步练,由节奏韵律带动语感。全书内容以学生生活为中心,课文清巧活跃,朗朗上口,易学易记,适合各年龄段学生和成人。
