Minecraft Modding with Java (P4)
Course Description:
Unlock the limitless potential of Minecraft by diving into the exciting world of modding with Java! This hands-on course is designed for gamers, aspiring developers, and anyone passionate about Minecraft. The first part of the course will be learning Java, which will cover basics such as variables, loops, and conditionals. Then, students will use what they learned in the first part of the course to create their own Minecraft mod. Custom items, blocks, armor, entities, crafting recipes, and more will all be taught. Prior programming experience is preferred, but not required.
Prerequisites:
- Own Minecraft
- Computer that can run Minecraft decently. See system requirements here.
- Grades 6 and up
- Computer literacy
